Tiers are a guide — mixed sizes and designs count toward the same order total. Special Edition kits are limited runs and can't always be supplied in volume.

How it works

  • Minimum order — [10] units per order, mixed sizes and designs allowed.
  • Lead time — [10–20] business days from confirmed payment, depending on quantity.
  • Payment — [bank transfer or card. 100% upfront on first order, terms available after that.]
  • Shipping — quoted per order based on weight and destination.
  • Returns — wholesale orders are [final sale except for faulty goods].
  • Custom printing — [name and number printing available on orders over X units].

The process

  • We quote You get a written quote within [2 business days], including unit price, shipping and lead time.
  • Confirm and pay Approve the quote, we invoice, and production or picking starts once payment clears.
  • Dispatch Everything is checked before it's packed, then shipped tracked with full documentation.
