Free shipping over 50 € applies automatically at checkout — no code needed. Delivery times are estimates and start from dispatch, not from when you order.
Processing time
Orders placed before [14:00 EET] on a business day are packed the same day where possible. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day.
During major drops and sale periods processing can take an extra day or two — we'd rather check every kit properly than rush it out.
Tracking your order
Every order ships tracked. You'll get a link by email at dispatch, and you can follow it any time on our Track My Order page.
- Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating after dispatch — that's normal.
- No dispatch email? Check spam and promotions first, then email us.
- Tracking stuck for more than 7 days? Get in touch and we'll chase the carrier.
Customs & import duties
Orders within the EU carry no additional duties — the price you pay at checkout is the price you pay.
For orders outside the EU, any customs charges, import duties or handling fees are set by your local authority and are the buyer's responsibility. We can't calculate or refund these.
Delays, damage & lost parcels
- Delayed — carrier delays happen, especially around holidays. If your parcel is more than [7 days] past the estimate, message us.
- Damaged — send a photo within [48 hours] of delivery and we'll replace it.
- Marked delivered but missing — check with neighbours and your local depot first, then contact us and we'll open a case with the carrier.
- Wrong address — tell us before dispatch and we'll fix it. After dispatch we can't reroute.
Returns
Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any unworn kit with tags attached. Full details on our Returns page.
