1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from hattrickclub.com. By placing an order you accept them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version live on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you get a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
• Payment is taken at the time of order.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

If a price is obviously wrong, we'll contact you before processing the order rather than simply cancelling it.

4. Delivery

Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are on our Shipping Info page.

Risk passes to you on delivery. For orders outside the EU, any customs or import charges are your responsibility.

5. Returns and cancellation

If you're a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from it without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to send the goods back.

On top of that we offer 30 days to return or exchange unworn items with tags attached. Full details on our Returns page.

6. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and measurements can vary by 1–2 cm as these are hand-finished garments.

Special Edition kits are limited runs and may not be restocked.

7. Faulty goods

If something arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these terms.

8. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

We may suspend an account that's used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

9. Reviews and content you submit

By submitting a review, photo or comment you confirm it's your own and give us permission to display it on the site.

We may remove content that's abusive, misleading, unlawful or unrelated to the product.

10. Intellectual property

The Hattrick Club name, logo, site design, text and photography belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Liability

We're responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking these terms. We're not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
